Priyanka Chopra at Launch of First Song: Shootout At Wadala

Director Sanjay Gupta says Priyanka Chopra's look in "Babli Badmaash" was inspired by Amitabh Bachchan's "Yaarana" song, especially the jumpsuit that he wore in the track.

Priyanka lauched the first look of the song that is part of the Gupta-directed "Shootout At Wadala".

The song is not inspired from anybody but the outfit that Priyanka wore in the song with lights is. I have seen 'Yaarana' when I was in school and I was inspired by Amitji's jumpsuit. So I wanted to do that and was waiting for the special occasion so we did it," Gupta told reporters.

Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor Again After Once Upon a Time

Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar came to Deepika Padukone's rescue at the recently held Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani trailer launch. The media bombarded Deepika Padukone with irrelevant questions and Ranbir helped her answer most of the nosy questions posed by the media.

The event looked like it was centered around their once upon a time relationship. Deepika was visibly tense and kept fidgeting with her hair and dress. Lucky for her the men sitting beside her protected. When she was questioned about her RK tattoo, she was surprised and didn’t have an answer.

Heartthrob Ranbir came to the rescue and labelled the question as “Kamaal ka behuda sawal”. After giving a stern reply he congratulated the reporter on asking them such a bold question.

Deepika was relived by this gesture and couldn’t thank Ranbir Kapoor enough. So much so that when she was backstage she went into an emotional turmoil. She profusely thanked Ranbir with moist eyes. Rumour is that few people who were present around saw tears rolling down her eyes.

Aatma - Bollywood Movie Reviews & Star Cast

Aatma

Director:- Suparn Verma
Producer:- Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak
Star Cast:- Bipasha Basu, Nawazuddin Siddiqui
Critics Rating:- 3 Stars

Reviews

Aatma scares you with a smart horror, thanks to the director Suparn Verma to direct such a scary movie with intelligent events. Certainly bollywood is lacking of scary movies after the provision of glamor, action & romance. This film is not only horror but has an emotional angle too which attracted me towards it. I could feel the story as I also have a daughter. The bonding between the parents and the child shown in the movie attracted me towards it,” Nawazuddin said.

Story:-The story is kept real and believable and here’s how it goes: Maya Verma (Bipasha Basu) is trying hard to start her life afresh after the accidental death of her violent husband Abhay (Nawazuddin Siddique) who she got legally separated with after an unsuccessful marriage of 7 years. Now, as the story moves forward, Maya’s stream of consciousness reveals that Abhay was a husband from hell but a doting yet an overtly possessive father to his little daughter Nia (Doyel Dhawan). Nia’s affection for her father brings him back from the dead which results in hell breaking loose in Maya’s life. And this time the father is determined to take his daughter away with him to the netherworld. Now the only thing posing as a roadblock for the demoniac soul of Abhay is the strong mother-daughter bond that Nia and Maya share. This sets the base of ‘Aatma’s story. Now the question is, will the powerful and undefeatable evil Abhay have his way or will Maya’s motherly love win over the evil? Don’t rack your brains over this dear readers, simply go and watch the film (if you love the horror genre).
