Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar came to Deepika Padukone's
rescue at the recently held Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani trailer launch. The
media bombarded Deepika Padukone with irrelevant questions and Ranbir
helped her answer most of the nosy questions posed by the media.
The event looked like it was centered around their once upon a time relationship. Deepika was visibly tense and kept fidgeting with her hair and dress. Lucky for her the men sitting beside her protected. When she was questioned about her RK tattoo, she was surprised and didn’t have an answer.
Heartthrob Ranbir came to the rescue and labelled the question as “Kamaal ka behuda sawal”. After giving a stern reply he congratulated the reporter on asking them such a bold question.
Deepika was relived by this gesture and couldn’t thank Ranbir Kapoor enough. So much so that when she was backstage she went into an emotional turmoil. She profusely thanked Ranbir with moist eyes. Rumour is that few people who were present around saw tears rolling down her eyes.
